Vietnam Honeymoon »  Vietnam Honeymoon Package 15 days
To visit Vietnam for a honeymoon is to be captivated by some of the very best that Indochina has to offer. Fascinating cities with a rich cultural heritage, endless white sand beaches dotted with unspoiled fishing villages, fertile Delta plains with their green rice paddies and dramatic mountains with ancient hill tribe cultures.

Honeymoon In Vietnam - (15 days / 14 nights)

Detail itinerary

Day 1: Transfer to hotel on arrival. In the evening, enjoy a water puppet show - a remarkable Vietnamese art form that combines traditional music, fireworks, underwater puppeteers and elaborate puppets floating gracefully over water.

Day 2: In the morning, drive to the magnificent Halong Bay, a UNESCO designated World Heritage site. Here you will meet your own personal crew who will pamper you on your junk cruise. Enjoy amazing scenery as you meander the bay whilst your personal chef prepares some of the world's finest seafood.

Day 3: Breakfast on board. Then continue to explore the caves and grottoes. Enjoy a seafood lunch on board before transfer to hotel.

Day 4: After breakfast, transfer by chauffer car back to Hanoi, stop en route at the Dong Trieu ceramic factory. In the afternoon, experience the exciting Hanoi tour by cyclo, a great way to see this amazing city.

Day 5: After breakfast, visit the Ho Chi Minh Mausoleum, Ho Chi Minh's former residence, the One Pillar Pagoda, and the Temple of Literature. In the afternoon, visit the Lake of Restored Sword, the bustling Old Quarter, and a traditional Vietnamese long house. Indulge in a traditional Vietnamese massage and learn the technique to indulge your newly wed.

Day 6: Free at leisure until transfer to airport for flight to Hue. Upon arrival, visit the Imperial Citadel. Check-in hotel.

Day 7: After breakfast, enjoy a morning boat cruise through the center of Hue on the romantic Perfume River. Visit the seven-storey Thien Mu Pagoda along the riverbank. Then transfer by car to visit the elaborate tombs of Emperor Khai Dinh and Tu Duc. Stop en route at local families to learn how Vietnam's famous conical hats and colourful incense is made.

Day 8: After breakfast, transfer to Danang by car. The three-hour drive along the coast, through emerald-green paddy fields and over spectacular Hai Van Mountain pass, is itself a trip highlight. Visit stone cutters at the Marble Mountains, famed for being a Viet Cong hideout during the U.S.-Vietnam War. Upon arrival in the ancient port town of Hoi An, transfer to hotel. The rest of the day is free for rest or exploring of Hoi An.

Day 9: Take a walking tour of this quaint town, visiting ancient merchants' houses, a Phuc Kien Temple, the 400-year-old Japanese Covered Bridge, and the colourful riverside market. Afternoon drive to visit a workshop where artisans make Hoi An's famous lanterns. Guests learn how the lanterns are made then have a chance to create their own lanterns, from designing the frame to gluing the cloth. Finish the day with a sunset boat trip on the Thu Bon river to Thanh Ha pottery village.

Day 10 : After breakfast, transfer to Danang airport for flight to Ho Chi Minh City. Upon arrival, transfer to hotel. In the afternoon, take a romantic cyclo tour around the city center (01 hour).

Day 11: After breakfast, drive to the extraordinary Cu Chi tunnels, just outside Ho Chi Minh City. During the war for independence, Viet Cong guerillas built the labyrinth of narrow tunnels virtually underneath U.S. bases, using them to hide during bombing raids and to stage surprise attacks. Optional side trips en route to Cu Chi include visits to see how rural people live and work. View occupations such as nut farming, duck breeding, rice farming and production of rice paper - a key ingredient in Vietnamese cuisine. Return to Ho Chi Minh City in the afternoon.

Day 12,13,14: After breakfast, drive to glorious beaches of Phan Thiet. Upon arrival, transfer to hotel. The rest of the day is free for rest.

Day 15: Return to Ho Chi Minh City to take departure flight. End of services.
