Mekong homestay tour 2 days 1 night
Highlight of the tour: In the past, Can Tho was bestowed the title Tay Do (Capital of the Western Provinces), and remains the rice centre of the south-west. As well as substantial rice and fruit tree resources, Can Tho is a production centre for fresh-water seafood. Can Tho's urban picture is distinct, with a network of canals, trenches and channels, which act as streets rather than inconveniences.
Day 1 : Ho Chi Minh City - My Tho - Can Tho - Homestay (Lunch, Dinner)
AM: Our car will pick up at your hotel in early morning. Upon arrival at My Tho, cruising along small creek to Mekong River estuary, to Con Phung (Phoenix Island) and stop over a garden restaurant at a local house for Vietnamese lunch. The motorized boat cruise more along natural creeks and quiet village in Ben Tre Province. Visit orchards, bee - keeping farm, taste natural honey and honey wine, enjoy tropical fruit, traditional music, see round a distillery, explore the local coconut candy production process, taste candy & coconut pulp.
PM: Then transferring to Can Tho. Dinner and Homestay.

Day 2 : Cai Rang – Can tho – Saigon (Breakfast, Lunch)
AM: Starts from Ninh Kieu boat quay, we cruise along the small and picturesque tributaries, we will see the Cai Rang floating market (the nicest one with heaps of rowing boats). Take in the beautiful scenery and the daily activities of the locals who lives along the Mekong canals and you will roam through the village to visit rice husking mill and a rice noodles making shop.
PM: A chance to discover the daily life of Vietnamese people in Mekong Delta. Have lunch at local restaurant before coming back to Ho Chi Minh City. Arrival Ho Chi Minh City at evening. Finish the trip at the hotel.
